Looking for event crew for an event, in the whole month of April 2019.

Work on Monday - Friday, between 9am to 6pm (4-8 hours daily, depending on dailyprogramme)

The number of hours per day, is subjected to venue and daily requirements, but willbe kept within 9am to 6pm time frame.


Venue:

* Singapore ConferenceHall 

* TRCC at Republic Polytechnic 

* SOTA 

* UCC at NUS Kent Ridge Campus

(Pleaseindicate choice of venue to be allocate to, for the event job role)


Event Crew Code

* Working Time: Start at 9am

* Dailyworking hours (Range from 4 to 8 hrs daily)

* Lunch will be provided. Lanyard + Nametag will be provided.

* Dress code – BLACK TEE + BLACK/DARK BLUE JEANS

* No sandals/ slippers are allowed

* Minimumto commit 2 weeks of work duration

* Salary, based on $8 per hour, except lunch hour break. No Lunch, if the workinghour is only half day


Types of Crew Duties (Will be allocated by event Organiser)


Registration Officer

* Register and recordarrival time of participating schools. 

* Collect scores from schools uponregistration.

Discipline Officer

* Manage the smoothmovement of participants to different waiting areas prior to their going onstage

Door Manager

* Manage and controladmission of audience into auditorium / theatre

Stage Manager

* Assist in managing theflow of participants on and off stage and ensure smooth transition betweenperformance items

Hall Manager/Usher

* Manage flow ofparticipants, teachers and members of public inside the hall and maintain halldiscipline. 

* Assigned to hall entrance to admit and direct audience 

* Be awareof and follow appropriate house rules and procedures 

* Conduct audience count

Runner

* Manage the playing of CDs during those AP performances that require recordedmusic accompaniment.

* Collects and returns scores to and from registration counter.

 Assistant toAdjudicators’ Steward/Time keeper

* Assist adjudicators’ steward in setting up adjudicators’ work areas [e.g.layout of scores on music stand, ensuring sufficient stationery for use etc.].

* Double as Time Keeper to record performance time of individual performanceitems and do head count of participants onstage.
