Job Description
The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:
- Perform front desks duties - attending to patients' registration, crowd control, answering of phone-calls for appointments, questions and answer and assist patient's needs.
- Call patients prior to their appointment as reminders or follow-up calls
- Provide excellent customer service to patients
- Carry out opening and closing duties (e.g. sanitising high touch surfaces, mopping floor)
- Oversee and establishes inventory standards for supplies and equipments. Stock taking and ordering of stocks.
- Maintenance and upkeep of clinic's cleanliness and appearance.
- General admin work and ad-hoc duties
Requirements:
- Min. GCE N/O Levels and above
- Prior relevant working experience in the Healthcare/Medical Industry will be an advantage
- PC / computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal skills
- Service oriented and a good team player
- Hardworking and willing to learn
- Able to work night sessions and on weekends
- Able to handle queries and converse with Chinese speaking patients
- Candidates may need to carry or move heavy gym equipments. Job is suitable for younger workers.
