We're looking for a brilliant creative intern to lead the design of our early proof of concept campaigns. You'll be among the first to use Pencil on real briefs, working with an AI to design thousands of ads for the first time in history. Ads that people love, win creative awards and increase performance by 10x or more.
You'll be responsible for pushing Pencil to its limits. We want you to test just how creative and effective it's possible to be with different versions of Pencil. You'll play a key role in the product development process, helping to refine our features and UX based on your experiences.
Unlike with other internships, you'll work directly in a small team with ex-Directors of Google and award winning creative agency iris. You'll receive a unique blend of creative, technical and commercial exposure while contributing to the future of the creative industry.

- Ideally your portfolio would include Facebook & Google display campaigns
- Internship starts 1 March 2017
- $1,000 per month with performance bonus
