Job Description

What You’ll Do

You won’t be doing coffee runs here. You’ll be part of real operations that keep the company running.

 Customer Experience

  • Assist pet owners with bookings through WhatsApp and our app

  • Help answer questions about grooming, vet services, and pet care

  • Guide customers through scheduling, payments, and service details

  • Support pet parents during stressful situations (because pets are family)

 Operations Coordination

  • Help coordinate appointments between pet owners and service providers

  • Track daily bookings and ensure services run smoothly

  • Support the team in managing service schedules and logistics

  • Monitor operational issues and escalate when needed

 Startup Operations

  • Help maintain accurate records in our CRM system

  • Assist in organizing service data and operational reports

  • Identify common customer questions and help improve processes

  • Support new projects and internal systems

 Special Projects

Depending on your interests, you may also work on:

  • Process improvements

  • Service quality initiatives

  • Operations dashboards

  • Customer experience improvements
