Job Description
Events Management (Pre, During and Post) - Marketing and Operations Intern
Duties & Responsibilities
- Social media planning alongside marketing campaigns development to help promote awareness for our event and our cause
- Digital advertising monitoring and execution
- E-commerce and E-marketplace management / direct sales management (Shopify, Lazada and Shopee)
- Support in event planning and coordination among various stakeholders
- Managing social media platforms for both brand and event
Skills Required
- At least Diploma in Business/ Marketing/ Design related
- Proficiency in Powerpoint & Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, Video-editing tools
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics
- Proficiency in social media platforms, especially Instagram
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, coachable, and a team player
Experiences
- Previous experience in event planning or social media management is a plus but not required.
Job Description

- Time period: 3rd Quarter of 2023/ October onwards
- Length: 3 months - 6 months
- Remuneration: $900 onwards/month
