Parfums Christian Dior – PR & Media Intern

 PR & Media Tracking

• Monthly tracking of print coverage (Magazine, newspaper, etc)
• Daily tracking of PR coverage in webzines, social media platforms of the media, influencers and celebrity makeup artists. 
• Competitors tracking

 PR & Marketing Events.

• Source and liaise with third party suppliers for the execution of PR events.
• Manage the preparation of logistical arrangements for PR events, including overseeing and participating in the set-up, gift bags arrangements and RSVP collation.
• Propose new ideas and format within the budget to improve the PR & media engagement.

 PR & Media kits

• Pack, coordinate and send all PR gifts and media kits for new launches to key titles
• Assist in answering queries and facilitating product requests (including courier and returns) from the media, influencers and celebrity makeup artists
• Assist in the email dissemination of press releases to the media

 Daily and time-sensitive PR & Media operational support

• Assist in fulfilling regional requests, post launch / media event reports, organizing logistics for press trips etc.
• Ensure that media schedules are endorsed on a timely basis for media buy roll out

QUALIFICATIONS

• University students who wish to get in-depth knowledge in marketing and to get exposed to a leading luxury beauty Brand – the House of Dior.
• Appreciation of the luxury universe.
• Independent, highly-motivated fast learner, who is able to work with tight deadlines
• Possess a positive attitude with good communication and copy-writing skills.
• Enjoy team work, maintain good relationship with office and field team members
