Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Support: Assist in communicating with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, ensuring their vision is accurately captured and executed.

  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with vendors (e.g., florists, caterers, photographers) to secure services, confirm arrangements, and maintain positive relationships.

  • Event Planning: Participate in the development of event timelines, floor plans, and checklists to ensure seamless execution.

  • On-Site Assistance: Support the team during events by overseeing setup, managing schedules, and addressing any unforeseen issues promptly.

  • Administrative Tasks: Handle office duties such as data entry, inventory management, and preparation of event materials.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on the latest wedding trends and provide insights to enhance our service offerings.
