Based at our Corporate Office in Singapore, we are looking for a passionate and energetic individual to join us as Intern – Pre-Opening and Operations Support.
Learning Objectives & Outcomes
- Understand the end-to-end pre-opening timeline and key milestones.
- Gain practical experience in hotel operations across departments.
- Build project coordination, data analysis and professional communication skills.
Reporting to Senior Executive of Pre-Opening & Operations Support, the Intern will provide essential support to the Pre-Opening and Operations Support team by managing a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. This internship offers hands-on exposure to hotel opening processes, cross-functional project work, and frontline operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Coordination
- Align travel dates and agendas for pre-opening and operations review meetings.
- Coordinate multiple rounds of communication between internal and external stakeholders.
- Support operational readiness activities by preparing checklists, compiling SOPs and help coordinate trial runs and mock operations.
Administrative Support
- Prepare, format and organize documents for operational and pre-opening projects.
- Manage filing, documentation and collation of reports.
- Support procurement related administrative tasks.
Project Support
- Provide timely administrative assistance for evolving operational needs and upcoming projects.
- Ensure accurate record keeping and compliance with internal standards.
- Assist with pre-opening project tasks: maintain project trackers, update timelines, and to follow up with internal teams and vendors.
The Person:
- Can commit full time for the entirety of the internship (Mon to Fri, 8.30am - 6.00pm)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and digital collaboration tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
