1) Supporting Sales Globally for Time Critical Solutions
- Ensure customer service satisfaction and good relationships with all clients
- Monitor market conditions and product development
- Making sales call or meet up with potential / existing customers
- Follow up on sales activities and maintain records of sales activities
- Prepare sales reports on regular basis
- Participate in sales events as & when required
2) Supporting Operations Globally for Time Critical Solutions
- Handle Email/Phone Enquiries
- Submit Quotation
- Coordinate declaration of permits and local pick up arrangements
- Coordinate and update milestones until job completion
3) Routine standby support during night / weekends / Public Holidays
