Pacificlight Energy Pte Ltd – Billing, Settlement and Credit Control Officer

During the internship period, you will be exposed to these areas:

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate input of all rates required for billing into the retail system.
• Generate and verify invoices
• Sending GIRO deduction request to bank
• Ensure credit exposure are closely monitored such as security deposit from individual customer are adequate.
• Perform and verify settlement calculation with both internal and external parties
• Data analysis and performance reporting
• Maintaining various database and perform the analysis and reporting to management whenever required.
• Support team in the provision of statistical report or comments to Energy Market Authority (EMA)
• Propose and implement improvement in the work procedures.

Requirements:

• Candidate must be currently pursuing at least a Diploma in Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): VBA.
