What You’ll Do For Us:
You’ll be working with Engineering, Operations, Environment, Health and Safety Department.
- Lead in the creation of standardised validation templates and documentation, to support Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and Site Acceptance Test (SAT)
- Coordinate with vendor to update site drawings on Process & Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) and Plant Layout.
- Lead the creation of Production Status Dashboard (Global/Site View)
- Lead the Documentation of Autonomous Maintenance (Upskilling 1st stage task list) and Preventive Maintenance (Root Cause Analysis)
- Lead the creation of an automated file storage workflow for project documentation from vendors.
- Coordinate on new equipment installation and trial in support to change management initiated by various stakeholders, ensuring the full completion of the project.
- Develop new Clean-In-Place (CIP) report in Ignition system and participate in CIP Process Optimization.
- Support ad-hoc request in leading minor projects that newly established and data gathering, which includes and working with vendor in resolving issue as per request from stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Computing / InfoComm Technology.
- Experience in managing data analysis using Power BI and Power Automate Experience in managing project with multiple stakeholders.
- Independent and able to pick up new things by own,
- Working knowledge in Power Automate, Power BI.
