Oyez Communications Pte. Ltd. – Events Coordinator (Intern)

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for assisting project management from detailed to execution and coordination
• Contribute creative ideas and give inputs on producing various planning and campaign proposals
• Working closely as a team and independently in execution of events, providing proper scheduling of the project timeline to meet clients’ objectives 
• Writing of proposal pitches, presentation, coordination and management of projects 

What you should have: 

• Passion in the events communications industry and to create a success for each project handled 
• Diploma/Degree with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in project management (Fresh graduate will be considered) 
• Excellent writing and communication skills with pleasant personality 
• Effectively and highly organized, and be able to work in a fast paced environment 
• Good team leadership qualities and a resourceful self-starter
