Marketing Intern 2017, 3 months(May-July)

Job responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:

·        Assist in preparation of roadshow / seminars –

  • Pre-event      publicity – email invites/ digital marketing
  •   
  • Event prep      - organizing registrations, co-ordinate presenters’ materials, marketing      collaterals
  •   
  • Help      coordinate  marketing and publicity event logistics.
  •   
  • Post-event      : help in generating event reports / follow-ups with attendees
  •  

·        

·        Digital Marketing – sourcing for content & publishingschedule on Linkedin Page

·        Design of marketing collaterals

·        Any other ad-hoc duties from Marketing department

Preferred skills:

·        Must be from Business faculty, pref Marketing / Communicationsmajors. 

·        Be passionate about Marketing communications, interest in B2Bmarketing

·        Ability to multi task, highly organized and thorough follow-upskills required.

·        Strong organizational and follow up skills including attentionto detail.

·        Able to work independently and under time constraints.

·        Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AdobePhotoshop, InDesign, Illustrator , Marketo

·        Must have excellent problem-solving skills with the ability tofind and utilize all resources available.

·        Excellent judgment and level of accountability.

·        Past work experience in Marketing is advantageous but notrequired.
