ORTO – Senior Sales and Marketing

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for briefing the customers on the treatment packages and achieving sales targets
• Respond to the customer needs and provide weekly updates to the team for further improvement
• Assist in conceptualizing, planning and organizing projects and events for Health Management Centre
• Involve in planning and execution of annual signature events and activities, inclusive of providing operational support during time of event
• Provide administrative support which includes submission of weekly report on inquiries’ statistics and up-keeping a systematic filing system
• Coordinate effectively with other departments to facilitate smooth execution of events and ensure quality and customer satisfaction.
• Consistently offer professional and friendly and engaging service to both clients and colleagues
• Effective management of logistics

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferred experience in Retail/Hospitality/ Events Management Firms
• Diploma in Events Management, Leisure, Hospitality, Tourism or other relevant fields
• Minimum 3 years of industry relevant working experience
• Strong interpersonal, networking and negotiation skills
• Proactive and meticulous team player with an eye for details
• Ability to work under pressure in an events environment
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills (proficiency in Mandarin would be an added advantage due to the need to liaise with Mandarin speaking stakeholders)
• Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and in a fast-paced working environment
• Willing to work during weekends when required

OTHER INFORMATION

• Able to work on weekends and public holidays (off days could be on weekdays)
