Oporto Singapore Pte Ltd – Marketing Executive

• Providing operational support in relation to all facets of the marketing function including managing, develop drive, marketing initiatives to maximise revenue and maintain brand leadership at Local Marketing Level;
• Brand Development, manage yearly marketing calendar, maintaining an effective and efficient marketing budget to support marketing objectives through Strategic planning's to develop Brand Database; monitor and improve customer relationship management;
• Promote and maintain brand awareness in local market with a focus on seeking out new and improved ways of driving market share;
• Execute sales strategies using sales data and market research to meet business objectives by identifying and executing number of initiatives and opportunities; across visual merchandising, loyalty, packaging and improving the online experience, to help drive sales;
• Implement and responsible for new marketing initiatives, various events, media planning, media liaison including responding to PR briefs and servicing media nationwide;
• Social Media Management - provide advertising input across all areas of the business and manage company’s social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, Website, Google Business and others;
• Designing of flyer, posters, promotion, EDM, logos and etc;
• Maintain good working relationship with media trade partners and suppliers, and work closely with Operations team to support marketing initiatives and ensure effective operational responsibilities are executed.

Skills and Requirements:

• Excellent in verbal and written communication skills in order to manage both marketing materials and social media platform in dual language.
• Analytical with good sense of numbers with knowledge of Adobe Suite software (Illustrator, photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and etc)
• Experienced in photography, videography and motion will be an advantage.
• Strong in digital and social media within marketing and experimentally artistic, proactive, resourceful and unafraid to offer creative input
• Can work under guided process with deadlines) from Marketing Consultants
• Strong team player, and able to work independently without supervision
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required. Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
