One Stop Management Services Private Limited – Project Executive (Construction – M&E)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and financial reports.
• Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project operations.
• Prepare and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and reports.
• Support the Project Manager in coordinating project activities and resolving any issues that arise.
• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.
• Assist in the preparation of quotations, bids, and tenders for new projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful delivery of projects.
• Must acquire understanding and communicate regarding client and site issues

Must be able to speak and write in Chinese.

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent is preferred.
• Complete understanding of the construction process, including cost control, scheduling, safety regulations, and engineering is required.
• Age must be within 30 years old.
