Your Role: 

- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates. 

- Engage with candidates and provide an exceptional candidate experience. 

- Contribute fresh ideas to enhance our recruitment strategies. 

- Identify, develop, and execute new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for the company. 

- Plan and execute marketing programs targeting corporate and executive audiences. 

- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for brand promotion. 

- Develop engaging content for our social media platforms to promote our brand, attract potential talent, and engage with our audience. 

What We're Looking For:

- Possess a Degree or be pursuing an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or related field. 

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 

- Creative mindset with a passion for social media marketing. 

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 

- Prior experience in Recruitment would be a plus
