Temp Staff (2 month)

Date: start from Mar 2024 till May 2024

Time: working hours & date can be discuss and rearrange

Location: Tanjong Pagar MRT, Downtown MRT,Telok Ayer MRT

Salary: $10/hr (lunch 1 hour)

Job Task: Our company specializes in events and marketing. We are looking for a candidate to assist us with an upcoming event. The role consists of assisting the Project Manager to ensure that the event runs smoothly. The person would be required to assist with building / refreshing our database of contacts by doing research (google, LinkedIn, other methods) and compiling the contact details of the relevant people to whom we would be extending the event invite. The person should also be comfortable speaking to people on the phone as they will be calling the contacts from the database to:-invite people to the event, follow up with the guests to ensure they have registered, remind guests closer to date to attend the event. and also assist onsite on the day of the event with any other ad hoc duties tasked.
