Job Description

The Sales Administrator is responsible for processing customer orders . 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process sales orders accurately and promptly in the ERP/system.

  • Coordinate with production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.

  • Track order status and proactively communicate updates or delays to customers and sales team.

  • Prepare and issue delivery orders, invoices, and related shipping documents.

  • Maintain and update customer records and pricing in the system.

  • Handle order amendments, returns, or cancellations in accordance with company policy.

  • Support internal reporting related to order status, backlog, and fulfillment performance.

  • Assist in resolving customer queries, complaints, or discrepancies related to orders.

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on customer expectations and stock availability.

  • Perform general administrative duties related to the sales process.

Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE 'O' level / Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field.

  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in sales administration, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or distribution industries.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP/order processing systems (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc.).

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
