Location: The Herencia, nearest MRT station- Somerset (There's a shuttle bus at Somerset MRT station to our office building so don't worry)
Working hours: Tuesday – Friday (12pm – 8pm), Saturday (9am – 6pm) Allowance: $800 - $1200
Job Description
On the lookout for a super intern and our Customer Relations department is opening its doors just for you to be part of it. If you love human interactions, think you are a people's person and are able to handle any customer's requests in the most polite manner, then you would do well to apply for this job now.

Responsibilities
· Handle both incoming & outgoing calls, enquiries and feedback· Take full ownership of user problems and ensure user satisfaction· Identify and build marketing relationships· Provide back end service support to the sales, marketing and management team· Record and identify customer trends to enhance the communication between marketing and management process
The ideal candidate should possess the following requirements:
· Minimum 'A' level or Diploma qualifications or equivalent.· Preferably with a minimum experience of 1 year in front-line services and relations.· Adept in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. It comes natural for you to talk and engage with people.· Able to work occasionally on weekends and in the evenings, because if superheroes rest, who will protect the city?
· Friendly and personable.· A positive attitude that will outshine even the Sun.
· A1 organisational skill, almost akin to OCD levels.
· You will not take "no" for an answer. Because you're, well, Super.
