We are looking for the right person to join our growing team in the marketing capacity. The job scope includes:

• Updating of our office space listings database
• Marketing of our office space across online and offline platforms
• Develop marketing materials that are aligned with our brand guidelines
• Preparation of marketing materials for clients
• Liaise with external parties in relation to property listings and marketing work
• Any other marketing related work

The following qualities are desired for this role:

• Detailed-oriented and meticulous
• Good good command of spoken and written English language
• Comfortable with phone calls and face-to-face meetings with external parties
• Can-do attitude and takes pride and ownership of your work
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Graphic design and advertising agency backgrounds will be a strong plus
• Someone with a progressive outlook in life, has a cause or hobby or fitness regime/goal that you are passionate about
