Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1Plan, coordinate, implement & monitor marketing campaigns/activities

• Above-the-line: Print, outdoor, etc.

• Below-the-line: regular nationwide consumer promotion, trade promotion, sponsorships, joint-promotion, co-op promotion, POSMs, etc.

• Online and digital marketing activities - planning, execution, tracking and reporting.

• Working closely with the sales team and customers.

• Compilation of campaigns’ feedback and results from sales team, trade and consumer (post-event analysis).

2 Management (plan, execute, monitor & report) of roadshows, blitz and event.

• Responsible for the sourcing, recruitment, training and coaching of promoters.

• Management of recruitment agencies.

• Ensure the attainment of targeted campaign objectives and sales results.

• Management and allocation of roadshow display set/unit.

• Post-event analysis.

3 Display and Merchandising management - plan, design and implementation (in-store branding, window displays, shelf wrap, etc.)

• Ensure latest marketing display and materials are feature in-store, coordinate with sales team to replenish marketing materials.

• Secure prominent display placement for the company’s branding materials, in-store signage, display showcase and etc.

• Coordinate and ensure maximum distribution, strong awareness and visibility of all promo POSM display for all promotion campaigns.

• Responsible for material maintenance and storage of all on-ground display items.

• Ensure ongoing execution of creative, exciting and impactful display and merchandising across the trade.

4 Market Intelligence (Collection of Information)

• Responsible to collect market and competitors’ information (from retail ground) – new product launch, new campaign, promotion, etc.

• Gathering feedback on response of our promotion activities and competitors’ promo response.

• Other market/trade/competitors information.

5 Marketing Administration

• Assist in the coordination & execution of marketing projects/activities (e.g. preparing vouchers, membership kits, lenses requisition & redemption, data compilation and tabulation, sorting and tracking of marketing materials, contacting respondents/winners/etc, etc.).

• Filing of marketing materials (POSM, promotion materials, survey forms, FA CD, redemption forms, etc.).

• Daily/regular invoice processing.

• Daily/regular A&P Expense Tracking.

• Regional A&P Expense Allocation/Billing.

6 Reporting

• Monthly Marketing Bulletin, Marketing Management Report & A&P Updates (To CS).

• Monthly Sample & Consumer Promo Report.

• Update Merchandising Tracking Form.

7 Market research/surveys activities

• Support marketing and product research activities.

8 Support packaging creative & artwork management.

9 Support Regional marketing campaigns/activities/requests.

10 Others

• Other general duties assigned by the company as and when required

Qualifications:

Min Diploma with 2 Years marketing experience

Possess initiative and drive to work in a fast­-paced environment 

Proficient communication, writing and computer skills

Outgoing, positive attitude and passionate to learn

Able to multi­task, work independently and be a team player
