Nutmeg & Clove – F&B Associate – Floor / Bar

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to provide an excellent guest drinking experience.

Key responsibilities:

• Mixing and serving of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar patrons following the bar's standard operating procedures and recipes
• Interact and provide excellent hospitality to the customers
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Work with the team to uphold high service standards at all times
• Perform cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, cleaning the bar, table, work area to maintain a sanitary environment
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
