Nucleo Consulting Pte Ltd – Junior IT Support Technician

Duties and responsibilities

• Provide technical support services to customer locally and overseas via remote access software (desktops, laptops, printers, network peripherals and applications)
• Install, configure, administer & maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers and network peripherals)
• Support/troubleshooting and diagnosing of hardware or software issues
• Follow through on an installation task from beginning till end
• Check to ensure new setup and installations are working properly
• Opportunities to help out in technical projects
• Documentation and server maintenance reporting

Requirements:

• ITE Cert in IT or related field with at least 1 year of related experience.
• Good technical, analytical and troubleshooting skills and must be a fast learner.
• Strong customer-oriented attitude
• Working knowledge in areas of Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10, Office 2013, 2016. Basic computer parts knowledge, joining of computers to domains and configuration of emails using Outlook and other mail clients.
• Enjoy working in a dynamic team and must be a team player.
• Able to work independently in a fast pace and stressful environment.
• Able to start work immediate or short notice period.
• Enjoy working in a corporate culture that is highly productive with flexible working environment and work-life balance.
• Required to travel around Singapore.
• On-job-training provided.
• Able to communicate well in both English and Chinese to liaise with associates.
