- Supporting recruitment & selection, salary proposals, etc. for business units
- Create and maintain employee records in the Human Resource Information System
- Collaborate and support organization-wide HR initiatives
- Support in conducting work-life harmony initiatives
- Support talent management and organization development initiatives
- Support any other administrative duties assigned
