Job Description

Project Management (50%)

  • Support the execution of campaigns and projects to promote / create awareness for the brand and its product offering
  • Assist in copywriting or crafting marketing messaging / liaising with external parties & vendors to ensure the timely production of collaterals
  • Support initiatives aimed at improving the customer experience at the organization
  • Research new vendors to be onboard with new offerings and perform scheduling for 2020 classes

Research and Market Analysis (25%)

  • Perform research to justify on Proposal outcomes
  • Perform market analysis to understand what are the other products / services trending in the sector

 Admin Support (25%)

  • Work closely with Sales and Project Team to provide admin support
  • Perform ad-hoc job related duties when assigned


Requirements:

  1. Energetic with a self-starter attitude
  2. Has a creative flair, resourceful and ability to think outside of the box
  3. Committed to quality with a strong customer focus
  4. Possess excellent written communication and project management skills
  5. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Exposure in social media, videography and design software would be an added advantage
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
  9. Meticulous, detailed and strong in process administration
