Our Human Resource Compliance team has a mandate to strengthen the conduct & culture in Income, You will be exposed to real projects with key deliverables, which adds value and impact to the organization. You will be challenged to perform and deliver real learning solutions to the changing business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and improve existing layout of information within our Intranet
  • Work with relevant business managers and specialists in Marketing, Information Technology, HR and other functions as needed
  • Conduct interviews with users to gather insights and analyse responses
  • Presentation of final products


Job Description

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree, with major in English language
  • Undergraduate degree, in IT/design
  • Willing to challenge status quo and take risks
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and plan activities required to achieve results. Create timelines inclusive of all work units involved in projects
  • Goal oriented and action-focused, pragmatic and self-disciplined
  • Meticulous, open in sharing new ideas and methods to improve
