Are you aspiring to kick-start your HR career in the Pharmaceutical industry? We are currently searching for motivated, resourceful talents to support our HR team. This will be a wonderful opportunity to gain exposure into multiple facets of the HR function.
Apart from supporting the HR team in managing day-to-day HR activities, you will experience the following:
- Gain exposure and be involved in the employee lifecycle – you will support different parts of the employee lifecycle process on an ad-hoc basis.
- Support the regional compensation team and HRBPs in the year-end processes – this may include (but not limited to) supporting the review of salary benchmarks
- Participate and support in the annual benefit enrolment process – this includes working with the insurance vendor and HR services team
- Organise and participate in employee engagement/welfare initiatives
- Preparation and compilation of statistical reports, HR reports, presentation slides etc.
- Provide administrative / logistic support on projects / programs
Internship Period:
Ideally from end-Oct for at least 4 months (negotiable)
To qualify, you should ideally possess the following attributes:
- Pursuing or have a degree or diploma in any field – preferably Business, or Science
- Keen interest in pursuing a career in the HR Function
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Agile and open-minded learner
- Meticulous and detail-oriented
- Able to exercise strong independence and ownership to meet timelines
- Adept with MS Office (particularly Excel skills such as V-Lookup and Pivot Tables)
