Job Description

Consumer Insights (Quantitative)

  • Market Research (MR) Fundamentals 
  • Work alongside experienced market researchers and be trained on basic knowledge of MR methodologies and techniques
  • Opportunity to learn and understand the full process and function involved in quantitative market research methods and analysis techniques with focus on consumer behaviour trends.
  • Opportunity to work with project team members to design, implement and deliver customised research solutions to clients across various industries including FMCG, Banking and Finance, Technology and Retail etc.
  • Familiarise yourself with client (e.g. FMCG) eco-system – from consumers, manufacturers, retailers and beyond
  • Assist in client service essentials which involve project design, research methodology, conceptualization, project costing, proposals and client management.
  • Project Management and Fieldwork Operations
  • Exposed to all aspects of fieldwork operations and management
  • Develop relevant project materials/stimuli including questionnaire, fieldwork briefing and training notes 
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders when necessary to ensure efficient operations of fieldwork to meet the project schedules.
  • Opportunity to observe fieldwork, manage fieldwork for on-going studies.
  • Client Management & Reporting 
  • Engage with leading global firms across multi-disciplines and industry including FMCG, Banking & Finance, Technology and Retail.
  • Gain an understanding of and influence client strategies
  • Learn to dissect and analyse large amounts of quantitative data
  • Prepare and support project team members in data tabulations and prepare reports with simple interpretation, commentaries and recommendations.
  • Contribute supplementary insights by conducting secondary research on existing market trends, projections and forecasts.
  1. Spot trends and translate data-driven insights to tactical recommendations.
  2. Build impactful presentations around pressing business issues.
  3. Develop your professional network and gain exposure to other practice areas through extra-curricular projects.
  • Maintain client relationships with guidance from manager, contributing to the team success
