This full-time role will be responsible to deliver results related to lead generation efficiency and effectiveness for the newly reconfigured content sales department in the NHST global business. This position will operate areas of digital acquisition marketing as it relates to digital organic and paid media tactics, web/mobile analytics, funnel optimization, search engine optimization and inbound marketing. This position will sit within the newly established global digital marketing team in Oslo, London and Houston, but will be based in Singapore.

Key duties and responsibilities;
- Operational responsibility for digital marketing activities, with focus on inbound marketing, across all publications to improve digital acquisition and interactions with readers.
- Campaign management–planning, setting up, tracking, reporting and optimizing digital campaigns together with marketing manager and sales managers.
- Digital paid media lead generation for paid search, retargeting, display, social ads, native ads and email.
- Manage all design and design implementation to support marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with marketing automation using email for acquisition where needed.
- Manage and develop lead partners and affiliate programs.
- Manage search engine optimization across web properties.
- Assist, where needed, with partner marketing activities to support strategic and indirect channels.
Qualification requirements:
- 3-4 years direct marketing experience related to several types of digital media programs.
- Certified HubSpot user or other such inbound marketing platforms.
- Experience with email automation, landing page creation, managing web design, optimize SEO/SEM programs, and Social Media campaigns.
- Basic knowledge of Photoshop, or similar software, and basic HTML/CSS.
Personal skills requirements:
- Ability to collaborate with inside sales, marketing, business development and editorial teams on lead generating programs to optimize sales conversion.
- Collaborative and strong communicator.
- A deep analytical and data driven marketing perspective.
