Our global internship programme is an integral part of our business and you will have the opportunity to work with people who are solving the most complex talent challenged in the world today. As part of the executive search research team you will have the opportunity to support new growth areas which include our Digital, Data & Analytics, Robotics, Automation and Cyber Security teams.
Deliverables: criteria/results by which success can be measured:
- Gain a thorough understanding of each assignment and create a research strategy with the support of our Consultants
- Conduct detailed and imaginative initial research, combining tenacious investigation with instinctive exploration
- Prepare concise and well-structured reports with a high level of detail and accuracy
- Maintain a high level of background research activity through press and internet screening, industry journals and capturing market and people intelligence
- Assist with the creation of credible collateral to engage our target audience, via white papers, blog posts and presentations
- Explore partnership opportunities to grow our business and challenge the status quo
- Continuous evaluation of nbi’s internal processes, combined with research on how new technologies could optimise our work-flows
