Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION


As an Ad Sales Intern, you will get the chance to learn a lot about all aspects of how a business is run. If you have bags of enthusiasm and show strong ability, there will be scope to expand your duties, in line with our organization’s general business aims.

Your responsibilities may span the following areas:

· Assist in the delivery of ad sales materials

· Seek and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials both on and offline

· Maintain tracking report of C-level guest list in flagship programming and events

· Prepare and compile sales presentations and case studies

· Assist with the planning and coordination of events, including timelines, rsvp list and reports

· Global insights through market research and analysis of key trends and developments for a wide range of industries

· Work together with other interns on assigned projects

· Presentation of project to the management team at the end of internship

· Partake in and support all c2c related events including playing an active role in the company’s diversity and inclusion initiatives

Any other duties dependent upon varying work requirements


QUALIFICATIONS


· Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Word and Excel

· Strong interpersonal, verbal (including phone etiquette) and written communication skills

· Digitally savvy and an interest in media is essential

· Able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

· Detail oriented and organized, with exceptional prioritization skills and a great team player

· Ability to take initiative, multi-task and work independently

· Able to commit for 6 months from July to December.
