Our project Bilingualism and Biliteracy in Preschoolers: A Longitudinal Home-School Transition Study is a baseline longitudinal study qualitatively documents how bilingualism and biliteracy develop in preschoolers from diverse language groups and social classes from K2 to P1.
Requirements
- The ability to work independently, and lead/facilitate projects with minimal supervision
- Strong interpersonal, writing and communication skills.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze relevant data.
- Be in charge of 6 focal students.
- Perform recording, transcription, arrangement and analysis of data.
- Conduct research in consultation with Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator.
- Other relevant tasks assigned by the Principal Investigator and Co-Principal Investigator.
Flexible working hours and you can work from home when not collecting data. Students currently pursuing their undergraduate/graduate studies are welcome to apply for this position.
