• Ensure ‘total’ service to guests and help deliver a great guest experience.
• Can work with a new culture and in a diverse service environment.
• Establish professional guest service standards in line with the operating concept of the F&B outlet.
• Ensure that the restaurant is prepared and ready for service.
• Obtain feedback from guests and use this to improve service and to share the information to the manager and team members.
• Help the general upkeep of the stations and the maintenance of its accessory equipment during the assigned shift.
• Help to inspect the physical condition, cleanliness of furniture and decorations.
• Help to conduct month-end inventory of beverage supplies, operating supplies, food supplies and operating equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the F&B Operations Manager including use of reservations tablet.
• Respond to service challenges and solve problems and make decisions at the operations level.
• Cultivate productivity and an innovative mindset.
• Follow food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
• Provide go-the-extra-mile service.
• Able to perform shift work.
