Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Handle all purchasing duties including liaising with external providers, requests for quotes, order confirmations ,delivery.
- Work closely with suppliers and Logistics team to coordinate timely delivery of all products purchased.
- Actively drive continuous improvement in supplier performance - quality and service.
- Working closely with internal departments on a day to day basis.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in relevant field.
- At least 1 Year of clinic purchasing experience in a pharma environment is preferred for this position.
- Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Able to work in fast paced environment with accuracy
- Comfortable to work 5.5 days (Saturdays half day)
- Drug Representatives and all Nurses can apply for this role
