• Following up on collateral and materials from clients to meet marketing timelines.
• Account management of clients with close communication on expected delivery.
• Tracking deliverable and updating respective Account Managers.
• Onsite operations management for small-scale events.
• Contributing ideas to the smooth workflow in sales processes.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent written and oral communication skills to liaise with colleagues, clients and contractors.
• Independent and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail is a MUST.
• Must be able to multi-task where necessary.
• Able to excel under tight deadlines and adaptable to change.
• Self-motivated, dedicated, good team player.
• Able to take ownership over duties en-tasked.
• Interest in maternity and baby products is a bonus.
• Fluent in the use of MS Office Applications.
• Team player who is adaptable to change and meeting different customers’ requirements.
• Ability to cope under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in sales / account management is an advantage but not mandatory.
