We have put in place a structured program to groom selected candidates to excellence, in both personal and professional capacities. You will go through various courses and personal coaching from our successful management team on communication and time management skills, sales techniques, team management (for outstanding performers) and gain professional product knowledge, soft and hard skills that you can bring forthward to any company (or your own business!).

THE ROLE
- Engage with target customer markets with initial guidance from the management team
- Taking a well-rounded approach on customer centric basis – giving professional advice across an array of product offerings to meet customer needs
- Enthusiasm for self and professional development – eager to constantly upgrade your knowledge via dedicated company resources so as to better service customers
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in any field.
- No work experience required.
- Preferably Entry Level specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
