You will be immersed in the world of fitness coaching and community building, leading dynamic group classes and creating impactful training experiences across a variety of formats. This role offers hands-on experience in coaching, program delivery, and the opportunity to bring your energy and expertise to life while supporting members on their fitness journeys.

Work Location:15 Eng Kong Terrace, Singapore 598987

About the Role: We offer 45–50 minute group sessions that blend strength, cardio, and functional training—crafted to challenge while still supporting every fitness level. Each class is progressive, designed to build strength, endurance, and confidence over time. As a coach, you’ll lead structured workouts that keep members engaged, motivated, and supported throughout their fitness journey.

What We’re Looking For: A great coach is more than just a trainer—you inspire, lead, and create energy in the room. We’re looking for someone passionate about fitness, driven to grow, and eager to make a real impact on people’s lives.

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of hands-on experience in fitness, preferably in group training formats.

  • Proven ability to run and lead group workouts with confidence.

  • Strong communication skills in English (other languages a plus — let us know what you’re fluent in).

  • Passion for fitness and building a meaningful career in the industry, either on a freelance/part-time or full-time basis.

  • Open to all backgrounds: Polytechnic students, university students, fresh grads, or anyone with relevant skills and passion is welcome to apply.

  • Additional experience in personal training, nutrition coaching, or other fitness/wellness specialisations is a plus

You’ll Excel in This Role If You:

  • Thrive on building connections and fostering a supportive community

  • Adaptability in people-focused situations

  • Bring high energy, positivity, and a fun-loving attitude to every class

  • Care about maintaining a safe, hygienic, and well-equipped studio environment

  • Enjoy engaging with members both inside and outside of classes to build relationships

  • Actively help attract and promote new members to grow our Motive community

Why Join Us: At Motive, you’re not just leading workouts—you’re shaping an experience. You’ll work alongside genuine, relatable, and highly qualified coaches who value teamwork, growth, and making fitness meaningful.

Salary: $35+/hr depending on experience
Additional remuneration benefits applicable

Benefits:

  • Flexible schedule: opportunities to teach around your availability.

  • Professional development through ongoing training, mentorship, and workshops.

  • Complimentary studio membership.

  • Employee discount on merchandise, workshops, and partner services.

  • Opportunities for career progression into more regular or full-time coaching roles.

  • Access to team-building events and community activities.

  • Be part of a supportive, fun, and collaborative coaching team.
