We are looking for individuals with the right skillset, mindset and heartset to join us on ourstage as we perform for our clients to design communication blueprints, produce content and experiences that will move people businesses into action.
To perform effectively as an Experience Specialist, you will need to:
● Be confident, resourceful and independent
● Display the right attitude and take ownership of your own learning
● Provide support to the Senior Producer, be their understudy, grasp and understand the rationale and requirements of a project
● Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and observe timelines given by the Senior Producer.
● Source and work with all levels of partners such as vendors, venues, talents and partners to source and deliver best options to meet project objectives
● Be assertive and able to negotiate beneficial and competitive deals for the project
With the right skillsets, you:
● have excellent verbal and written communication skills
● have basic knowledge of communication and event management
● have basic understanding and use for social media platforms; as well as app/event platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, etc
● have keen interest and knowledge of trends for sensorial experiences, social trends and popular culture
● have good interpersonal skills to build and develop good relationships with partners
