Objective of role:
- The Sales Associate is to drive results and enhance the customer experience by providing exceptional service.
Key accountabilities:
Achieve individual sales targets & overall store targets.
Maintaining a high level of customer service at all times.
Acknowledge and greet the customer promptly with a smile.
Prioritize assisting customers over other tasks.
Understand customers’ needs and recommend accordingly.
Educate customers on the benefits/Finishing of Monica Vinader’s Jewellery.
Offer solutions for out of stock items i.e. alternate item, etc.
Follow up with customers to see if they need additional assistance.
Offer additional styles or colours to increase sales levers.
Process and follow up customer orders and exchanges.
Ensure Visual displays are adhering to guidelines stipulated by Monica Vinader.
Ensure all keep stocks & Display are counted on a daily basis.
Ensure cashier counter are neat and tidy at all times.
