The Human Resource & Administration Intern is responsible for the human resource and administration function in the company.
Assist in administrative duties in the following areas:
Recruitment & selection:
To assist in arranging interviews, certifying of certificates and supporting documents, coordinating reference checks, preparing contracts, preparing p files, and onboarding arrangements
Training and development:
Training administration & coordination, Sourcing of training
Performance management:
Assist in compilation of Performance Appraisal Documents
Wellness & Welfare/ Engagement & Alignment:
Assist in planning and coordinating of wellness and welfare, induction and teambuilding activities
Assist in drafting and preparing staff communications
Policies & Procedures/ Reports:
Assist in research of market benchmarks and practices, recommendations and drafting of policies
Assist to compile data for reports
Administration:
Maintain the personnel records
Office Administration:
HR Office administration, filing and housekeeping
HR Projects:
Assist HR Manager in projects and new initiatives
Qualifications/Skills:
At least Diploma in Business Studies, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications
Good communication and interpersonal skills
