Role Overview

You will work closely with the founder to capture behind-the-scenes moments, guest interactions, and brand visuals during our events and transform them into compelling short-form content.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys events, storytelling, and creating aesthetic brand content.

Responsibilities

• Capture photos and videos during events (guest interactions, setup, details, ambience)

• Film short-form video content suitable for Instagram Reels and TikTok • Edit videos into engaging social media content

• Create short ads or promotional videos for Instagram and TikTok
• Capture behind-the-scenes content for brand storytelling
• Suggest creative ideas for reels, trends, and campaigns • Deliver edited content within agreed timelines

Requirements

• Experience creating Instagram Reels and TikTok content • Basic photography and videography skills • Ability to capture natural moments at live events • Strong understanding of short-form social media trends • Experience editing using tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar • Ability to work during evenings or weekends when events take place

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

• Experience creating paid social media ads • Ability to take brand-style product photos

• Experience working with event or lifestyle brands
