Business Development Intern Requirements:

• Current Local Polytechnic or University Students
• Full-Time Internship of 3 to 6 Months
• Internships can be for School Requirements or Personal Growth
• Starting Date: Any Month from Jan 2022 onwards (preference for interns who can start in Jan/Feb/Mar)
• Good Command of Both Written & Verbal English
• Strong Sense of Responsibility & Work Ethic
• Willingness to Learn & Take Up A Variety of Job Roles 
• 4 Day Work Week can be arranged if you are currently fulfilling your school semester (we are flexible and understanding)

Business Development Intern Job Scope:

• Assist with Business & Marketing Operations of an Educational Agency on a day-to-day basis
• Brain-storm and develop practical business improvement plans with peers and supervisors
• Touch-base with warm leads via website orders/phonecalls/messages, and effectively engage them according to their needs
• In charge of preparing client's requirements and present information in a neat & concise format
• Responsibility to broadcast this information via the company's various outreach channels (SMS, Telegram, Email, Custom Software)
• Assist in actively profiling tutors and marketing them in a way which captures the consumer's attention based on their required needs
• Assist in sales-closing & after-sales process. Work cohesively with other team members to solve unique day-to-day problems
• Assist in SEO & SEM marketing efforts through tools such as Ahrefs, SEMRush, Facebook Ads, Google Adwords
• Assist in Digital Marketing Tasks such as creation on engaging Facebook & Instagram Posts
• Actively involved in active link-building and outreach campaigns to improve company's internet presence
• Assist with content creation on company's website through web building tools such as WordPress

Working Hours, Location & Remuneration:

• 5 Days Work Week, 9.30am - 7.15pm (4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend)
• Midview City (Sin Ming Lane)
• Closest MRTs: Bright Hill MRT (Newly Opened at Doorstep), Bishan / Marymount MRT
• Allowance: $1,000/Month (University), $800 / Month (Polytechnic)
• Interns will also be given several days of paid leave
