Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, technical leads, and other team members to support the QA team
Take ownership of assigned tasks and QA tickets
Assist in writing, reviewing, and executing test cases based on functional requirements
Perform exploratory, regression, and user acceptance testing
Identify, document, and track defects using a bug-tracking tool (JIRA)
Participate in the QA of features and bug fixes under the guidance of QA leads
Learn from and be mentored by the QA lead, and actively seek guidance to progress in your career goals
Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities to the team lead
Requirements
Currently pursuing Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field of study
Familiarity with QA principles used for web and mobile applications
Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Understanding testing frameworks and writing tests such as Playwright or RobotFramework is advantageous
Prior experience conducting tests in the e-Commerce industry would be a bonus
Good problem-solving skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts clearly
