MicroChannel – Business Analyst

Job Summary

As the Graduate Business Analyst, you will be a part of an exciting new initiative to assist Business Banking Customers with onboarding.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide phone and face-to-face support, training and workshops to Business Banking Customers.
• Develop technical solutions to business problems.
• Assist sales efforts by defining, analyzing and documenting requirements.
• Manage requirements at the project level and assist to fulfill business needs.
• Follow up with customers, provide feedback/regular updates on progress and see problems through to resolution.
• Perform any other duties as required by the business.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

• Customer service oriented with a passion for providing exceptional service
• Clear and confident communication skills, to liaise with key customers and external stakeholders.
• Ability to establish good rapport with customers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Positive attitude & ability to work as part of a team.
• Proficiency in English.
• Computer literate and confident with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Prior experience in a customer oriented role is highly desirable.

Education:

• BS degree in Business, Accounting, Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent is recommended but no essential.
