Michelle Hon International Pte. Ltd. – Community Coordinator

This is a remote position. You will be working from home. Overseas applicants welcomed. Only those with excellent written English will be considered.

What you will do:

• Provide customer service support to MomBoss Academy's leads and members
• Plan, prepare, edit and post The Chill Mom Boss podcast episodes
• Plan, post and moderate our Facebook groups
• Working with our CRM system to ensure client's information updated
• Plan and execute events and collaborations opportunities for our members.
• Edit and repurpose video and audio content
• Assist in marketing campaigns to reach women entrepreneurs
• Understand the content, customer profile and write copy for each.
• Produces monthly newsletters and communication emails
• Conduct researches as requested and present findings in a neat and well-structured manner
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

What you have:

• A self-starter with ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can think creatively.
• Excellent copywriting in English
• Independent: This person will be highly committed with the ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty and ambiguity.

Bonus:

• Prior experience at members' club, social media, digital marketing or PR agency
• Online customer service experience
• Creative or copy-writing experience
