Mice & Co Pte Ltd – Sales & Operation Executive

As an intern in our Business Development department, you will assist in expanding and managing our study tour and travel business in Singapore. You will work closely with our business development team, participating in market research, client communication, project planning, and execution to support the company's new business development needs. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience and insight into the cross-cultural exchange and educational tourism industry.

• Key Responsibilities/主要职责:

• Assist in conducting market research and analysing trends in the education and tourism sectors in Singapore, China and other Southeast Asian countries.

• Support the business development team in client relationship management, including communication and coordination with partner universities and institutions.

支持业务拓展团队开展客户关系管理，包括与合作院校和机构的沟通与协调。

• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to a high standard.

参与项目策划和执行，确保项目按时按质完成。

• Help organise promotional events and presentations to increase the visibility of our programs.

• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the team.

• Requirements/任职要求:

• Current university student or recent graduate, open to all majors; preference for those studying Marketing, Business Administration, Tourism Management, or Education.

在校大学生或应届毕业生，专业不限，市场营销、工商管理、旅游管理、教育学相关专业优先。

• Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team.

具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神。

• Experience in market research, data analysis, and report writing is a plus.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

• Good command of both English and Chinese; bilingual candidates preferred.
