Position objective and summary

• Administrative supports to Logistic Department.

Main tasks / activities / responsibilities

• As per Supervisor instruction follow up and paperwork
• Record and maintain the driver and attendant safety course
• Record the driver’s daily activities
• Received PO and DO check in order, PO’s print out pass to drivers.
• Rise PR for vehicle and equipment’s.
• Prepare vehicle repair request and submit to maintenance.
• Driver’s OT hour Amin on INFOTECH
• Update and maintain record of iso tanker
• Assist on repair works of trailer and iso tanker.
• Update the diesel record and prepare summary weekly and monthly.
• Prepare summary reports of store and logistic costsPerform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
• Responsible, honest with integrity.
• Quick learning and able to work independently.
