Key responsibilities are:
1. Responsible for maintaining good data quality in Transport Management System (TMS) within specific deadlines - Maintain tariff database / checking and approving of rates in TMS
2. Communicate via email or calls with agencies to obtain correct information for rates approval
3. Involve in testing of in-house design system and liaising with IT team to troubleshoot
4. Support in general administrative roles within the department
Pre-requisites:
1. Degree/Diploma/ITE
2. Meticulous, self-driven and independent to work under pressure to meet deadlines
3. Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word
Appropriate training will be provided to supplement and enhance the individual's ability to perform in their responsibilities.
