MediaPlus Digital Pte Ltd – Marketing Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Revamp and scope all proposals, ensuring they are clear, professional, and optimized for readability.
• Design and implement new layouts for proposals that are both Word and Google Docs-friendly.
• Develop a new pitch deck for client presentations and internal use.
• Conduct research on AI chatbots, specifically for the IMDA project, and integrate findings into marketing strategies.
• Write and refresh the "About Us" content to reflect the company’s brand, vision, and values.
• Regularly update case studies to showcase recent projects and successes.
• Improve classification and organization of marketing and proposal content for easy access and reference.
• Assist in CRM automation efforts to streamline customer relationship management processes.
• Support the Director of Marketing in day-to-day marketing activities and projects.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience in using ChatGPT or other AI tools to optimize content creation and communication.
• Previous experience in proposal writing, marketing content development, or similar roles is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
